Welcome to Tel-Aviv.  Welcome to the golden beaches,  the stunning and resonating night life parties and to the scientific laboratories and research centers of the Academy and University.

Welcome to Tel-Aviv which will accommodate the conference, not just because it was the first city which came back to full activity and normality while New York,  Paris,  Berlin and London were still trembling and closed under the Covid 19 curfew, but because Tel Aviv has active research and treatment centers which are investigating and practicing in reality how to face the implications and consequences caused by external threats. Here is also the contribution of the wide Israeli experience with war, terror and other phenomans.

The conference will take place 3 full days (Monday-Wednesday 12, 13, 14 September 2022)  and will be held at Tel Aviv University . Tel Aviv offers a wide variety of accommodation facilities in all levels, and besides we will arrange rooms for those who don’t wish to spend time in looking for their hotel and they don’t have special requieries.

Conference registration fee / Price: The conference registration fee is 800 Euro   . However, being aware to the  difficulties caused all around the world as a result of the Covid-19 epidemic, we have decided to open a wide window for early birds registration with a significant and rare discount:  For those who register before 31 Mars 2022  there is a special early-bird registration discount and a a reduced fee of only 600 Euro. (around 680 US$)

This is a special price for early birds registration and this offer is limited only until 31 Mars 2022.  Notice that you can divide your payments (see below) but if you wish to attend the conference – don’t miss the opportunity to register now in this rare discount fee.

Payment:  In order to facilitate your registration, you can register and divide the payment into two parts. Just mark it on the registration form.   Payment can be made by credit card or a bank transfer.

Students:  Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 500 Euros (Early bird registration).  If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate it in your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.

Cancellation:  There is no cancellation fee until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now and secure your participation, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you may do so easily and all your fees will be reimbursed. Only if you cancel less than 30 days prior to the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 Euro will be charged. (Cancellation during the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 200 Euro cancellation fee). There are no cancelation fee if  the reason is Covid 19 or any flight or entry restrictions because of the your Covid 19 tests.

What is needed for your entry to Israel?  Only a certificate that you are fully vaccinated (3 shots)

Hotels / Accommodation:  You can use our office’s services, or you can reserve a hotel room or apartment in Tel Aviv on your own. In order to be on the safe side and assist you, we have reserved rooms for our participants at discount prices in some local hotels.  You may ask our office to send you offers for accommodation (mark it on your registration form) or you can do so by yourself.  When you choose a hotel, please check and make sure that it has convenient access to public transportation from the hotel to the Tel-Aviv University. How to register:  At the bottom of this page is the link to the online registration form. Press the link and fill the required information in the form. Then send it on-line (the form is secured). Within three working days, you will receive confirmation from our office (if you have not heard from us after three days – send us an email)
